On 11/22/18 at 0134 HRS, a uniformed police officer was writing a $10 ticket for illegal parking. 21 year old Rashied Edward WILLIAMS-CONNOR of Willow Grove, PA exited a nearby house and entered the driver side of his vehicle. The officer told him not to leave but he drove off which resulted in additional vehicle code violations. The officer entered his marked patrol vehicle which was across the street and stopped WILLIAMS-CONNOR around the corner. The officer could detect an odor of marijuana emanating from the vehicle. WILLIAMS-CONNOR refused to provide his license, registration and insurance as required. He was removed from the vehicle and his license taken from him, his vehicle searched and a small amount of marijuana was confiscated. Police discovered WILLIAMS-CONNOR's license was suspended. His vehicle was towed and a criminal complaint was filed this date charging him with Possession small amount of marijuana, Driving under suspension, Obedience to authorized persons directing traffic and Parking where prohibited.
