Found cell phone

On Mat 18, 2019 a cell phone and credit cards were found in the 700 block of Prospect Avenue in Shippensburg. Police believe they belong to a Lynette Carbaugh. If anyone has information how to get in contact with Carbaugh please notify Shippensburg Police Department at 717-532-8878.
