Shippensburg Police are trying to locate the owner of a brown brindle male Pit Bull with a red collar and green tags. The dog has been running loose all morning in the area of North Washington Street and East Burd Street. The dog does not appear to be friendly and refuses to get in a vehicle. Anyone with information is asked to contact Shippensburg Police at 717-532-8878 or at 60 West Burd Street in Shippensburg.
