Cornelius Brown was recently released on bail from the Cumberland County Prison after being arrest by Shippensburg Police on January 23th. Brown was charged with Driving Under the Influence and Possession with the Intent to Deliver large amounts of marihuana. At that time, Brown’s vehicle was impounded and searched. Property belonging to Brown was confiscated. Today, January 26th, Brown was released on bail and showed up at Shippensburg Police station to retrieve his property. The same officer that arrested Brown 3 days earlier, noticed in plain view, a baggy containing marihuana sticking out of one of his pockets. Brown drove his roommate’s car to the station and was again taken into custody and transported back to the booking center. Charges are pending against Brown for Driving Under the Influence and Possession of Marihuana.
