On December, 1, 2014 at approximately 2125 hours, Shippensburg Police Department was dispatched to 348 E. Fort St. for a robbery with shots fired. Three victims sustained injuries and were transported to a local hospital for treatment but not for gunshot wounds. Upon investigation, Sierra was found to be involved, along with three other suspects. The other three suspects were identified, located, and taken into custody on Thursday, December, 4, 2014 in Franklin County. Sierra is still at large and caution should be used if located. Sierra is being charged with 3 counts of Robbery - Inflicting Serious Bodily Injury, 3 counts of Robbery - Threatening Immediate Serious Bodily Injury, 3 counts of Robbery - Inflicting Immediate Bodily Injury, 3 counts of Robbery - Taking Property by Force, 3 counts of Burglary, 6 counts of Aggravated Assault, 6 counts of Simple Assault, and Theft.
