On Monday, April 29, 2019, William BUSEY turned himself into MDJ H. Anthony ADAMS Office as a result of being charged for grabbing a six-year-old child around the neck. The child complained of pain. The incident occurred on Tuesday, April 16, 2019, at 208 Roxbury Road, Shippensburg Borough. BUSEY was arraigned and bail set at $50,000 unsecured. A preliminary hearing is scheduled for Monday, May 13, 2019, at MDJ ADAMS.
SPD is investigating a retail theft that occurred on Monday, March 25, 2019, at 1831 hours. The pictured male entered the store and stole a 15 pack of Keystone Ice beer.
