The male exited the taxi and did not say anything, nor did he pay for the cab fare. The subject never returned to pay the fare. The subject is described as a black male with facial hair. He was last seen walking south across E.
On Saturday, November 2nd, 2019, the Shippensburg Police Department received a complaint from a local business, the Raspberry Jam. The business reported their large wooden sign was found laying on the sidewalk upon opening the store for business. Officers investigated and determined an individual intentionally pulled the sign out of the ground.
