Sometime between Monday, August 3 and Tuesday, August 4, unknown person(s) stuck three (3) upolstery tacks in the rear tires of a red Mecedes parked in 1st block of South Prince Street, causing damage. The tacks were recovered from the damaged tires. Information can be forwarded to SPD.
