Joseph Dunkes Jr was at Turkey Hill intoxicated and causing problems with patrons and employees. Dunkes was taken into custody and transported to the Cumberland County Booking Center. Dunkes was issued citations and charged with Disorderly Conduct and Public Drunkenness.

On March 03, 2016, 35 year old Jeffrey Lyons placed an eight dollar bag of beef jerky in his pocket before entering the beer cooler at the Sheetz in Shippensburg. Store securtiy was able to detain Lyons until police arrived. Lyons was charged with retail theft.
