On Saturday, February 13, 2016, around 2:30am, officers from the West Shore Regional Police Department were dispatched to the 300 block of Market Street, Lemoyne for a report of a single vehicle crash.  When officers arrived on the scene, they found a white Honda Odyssey had struck the curbing causing damage to the front wheel.  The driver of the vehicle was identified as 28 year old Ciara Justine Baker, from the 1st block of Peters Avenue in Middletown.  While speaking with Baker, she exhibited signs of being intoxicated and was placed under arrest.

On Friday, February 12, 2015 West Shore Regional Police were dispatched to the 300 Block of Walton Street for a theft.  Officer(s) learned that sometime over the previous night, suspect(s) removed all four (4) tires and rims from a 2015 Toyota 4-Runner.  The attached photograph shows the actual tires and rims taken in the incident.  Anyone with information is asked to contact West Shore Regional Police at 717-238-9676.

On Friday, February 12, 2016, around 8:10pm, the West Shore Regional Police Department received calls for several vehicles that had been entered. Sometime between 5:30pm and 6:30pm, vehcles in the 400 and 600 blocks of North River Street were entered and items removed.  All of the vehicles entered were left unlocked.  Anyone with information on these incidents are asked to contact the West Shore Regional Police Department at 717.238.9676.  Residents are also reminded to lock their car doors and remove any valuables.

On Sunday, February 7, 2016 around 10:25PM a West Shore Regional Police Officer conducted a traffic stop on a vehicle in Lemoyne Borough.  The operator of the vehicle was identified as 24-year-old William Mackenzie NOONAN of the 3400 Block of Edenbridge Road, York.  His passenger was identified as 27-year-old Stephan Michael NOONAN, JR. of the same address.  Through an investigation, officer(s) discovered both to be in possession of suspected Marijuana and drug paraphernalia.  Stephan NOONAN, JR. was also found in possession of another controlled substance.

On Friday, January 1, 2016, around 1:30am, a West Shore Regional Police Officer observed a vehicle traveling west on Market Street at a high rate of speed.  The officer followed the vehicle and also determined that the registration displayed on the vehicle was not valid.  The officer initiated a traffic stop in the 300 block of Hummel Avenue.  The driver of the vehicle was identified as Brian Keith Coen Jr.

On Monday, February 1, 2016 West Shore Regional Police arrested 61-year-old Sharon Lavone BRANDT of the 1st Block of Oliver Road, East Pennsboro Township for Theft By Unlawful Taking / Identity Theft / Forgery.  Through an investigation, it was discovered that BRANDT was an employee of Clean Building Services located at 651 Market Street in Lemoyne Borough.  BRANDT over an extended period of time created "ghost" or fake employees for the company.  BRANDT would then take the paychecks of the "ghost" employees and deposit them into her own account for personal use.  This c

On Saturday, February 6, 2016 around 0900PM West Shore Regional Police were dispatched to S. Second Street in Wormleysburg Borough for suspicious activity.  Officers were advised that three (3) males were seen going through a purse in the street.  Officers arrived and located three (3) juvenile males in the area.  The juveniles admitted to going through unlocked vehicles and stealing items.

Case Status:

The West Shore Regional  Police Department is currently investigating two (2) residential burglaries that occurred on February 5, 2016 during the day.  The suspect forced entry into the residences and removed multiple items.  Through a cooperative investigation with Camp Hill Borough Police and Susquehanna Township Police (Dauphin County) a suspect has been identified and the investigation continues.

West Shore Regional Police reminds all citizens to report any suspicious activity in their neighborhoods!

The West Shore Regional Police is attempting to identify the two (2) pictured male suspects.  They were observed concealing and removing power tools from Ritter's True Value located at 1200 Market Street in Lemoyne.
