**UPDATE--OWNER LOCATED**
On 02/24/2023 at approximately 1253 hours a found dog was turned into the Carlisle Borough Police. Anyone with information about the dog's owner is asked to contact the Carlisle Borough Police department or submit a tip through our Crimewatch.
****UPDATE*** The dog and owner have been reunited.
