Carlisle Police and additional emergency services resources are still on the scene of a motorcycle accident along S Hanover St at Chapel Ave.  Due to significant injuries sustained by the motorcycle rider, they have been transported to a local hospital for treatment.  S Hanover St will be closed for possibly a few hours while the accident reconstruction is properly conducted.  Drivers are encouraged to avoid the area and use different routes.
