Accident Investigation

Carlisle Police and additional emergency services resources are on the scene of an electric bicycle vs vehicle accident along S College St at Church Ave.  Due to significant injuries sustained by the bicycle rider, they have been transported to a local hospital for treatment.  S College St will be closed for possibly a few hours while the accident reconstruction is properly conducted.  Drivers are encouraged to avoid the area and use different routes.
