The Carlisle Police are looking to reunite the pictured Boarder Collie mix with its owners.  This pup was found and turned over to the police department on Poplar Ave.  It was originally seen roaming around the intersection of E Pomfret St and S Bedford St.  Anyone with information on the owner is asked to call the Carlisle Police Department at 717-243-5252 or 717-243-4121.
