UPDATE  3/19/2015 2100 hrs - Carlisle Police located Palmer inside Thornwald Park.  Palmer was found in a secluded area within the park.  Palmer was taken to the Carlisle Regional Medical Center for treatment.  Members of the Cumberland County Search and Rescue Team assisted in the search.

On Monday 03/16/2015 the Carlisle Police Department received a missing person report for a 52 year old female.

Pamela Palmer was last seen on video footage in the area of her apartment around 3:00 pm on Sunday 03/15/2015. Since that time Palmer has missed 3 appointments and has been absent from work.

Palmer is a 52 year old white female with dark ear length hair, hazel eyes, glasses, and a necklace tattoo around her neck.  She does not have her ID, cell phone, keys or purse with her.
