On March 19, 2021 @ approx. 11am North Middleton Police were dispatched to a reckless driver in the Distribution drive/Allen Rd area of North Middleton Township. A female driver operating a white Chevy Equinox was observed swerving all over the roadway, drifting into the intersection while stopped at a redlight, backing into a curb, and then sitting stationary in a 3 way intersection. Police arrived to find a Jessica BEAL to be under the influence of a controlled substance. BEAL was taken into custody and transported to Cumberland County Prison
