Martin BERNARD, 33 y/o of Blain was arrested on Thursday, 12/10/2019 at 10:30 P.M. for possession with intent to deliver a controlled substance, possession of a controlled substance, and drug paraphernalia.  North Middleton Township Police stopped BERNARD for riding his bicycle without a front lamp. After investigating, it was found that BERNARD was in possession of a 70 grams of marijuana, a scale, $270, and a box of Zip lock bags.  BERNARD was taken into custody and transported to Cumberland County Prison for processing.  A preliminary hearing will be scheduled for a future date.
