On January 21, 2020 at approximately 11:07 pm, the North Middleton Township police stopped a vehicle in the 2000 block Spring Road for expired registration.  The operator was identified as Dillon A. BLOOD, 28, of Carlisle, and was found to be intoxicated.  Drug material was located in the vehicle and BLOOD was taken into custody and transported to Cumberland County Prison on charges filed.
