Conway BROWN, 40 y/o of Carlisle was arrested on 3/15/2020 at approximately 2:30 A.M. for driving under the influence of alcohol. Officers with the North Middleton Township Police were on patrol when they saw BROWN make numerous traffic violations. Officers conducted a traffic stop and found BROWN to be under the influence of alcohol. He was taken into custody and taken to Cumberland County Prison for processing.
