On Monday August 12th at approximately 10 P.M., North Middleton Police conducted a traffic stop on a vehicle for an expired registration and found Charles Bryan to be the operator of the vehicle. Charles Bryan was found to have 2 felony warrants from the state of Virginia for possession of heroin. Charles was taken into custody and transported to Cumberland County Prison where he will await extradition to the state of Virginia.
