On June 10, 2020 @ approx. 2100 hrs North Middleton Township Police were dispatched to Pepsi Distribution for an assault. Once on scene Police made contact with the two Commercial Truck Drivers involved.  It was found that the two Truck Drivers, one being a Bobby Carr were engaged in a verbal argument over truck parking. The argument then escalated with Carr punching the other driver in the face causing injury. The injured driver was transported to Carlisle Regional Hospital for further evaluation. Carr was charged with Simple Assault.
