On Monday May 31,2021 @ approx. 130pm North Middleton Police Department were advised of a Domestic related assault. It was reported that a David CASTRO had punched an ex girlfriend causing injury. It was later found the actions of CASTRO caused the victim to need a surgical procedure. Charges were filed on CASTRO for Simple Assault and Harassment.
