Cody HECKERT, 25 y/o of Duncannon was arrested on Saturday, 12/21/2019 at 1:30 A.M. for possession of marijuana, and drug paraphernalia.  North Middleton Township Police stopped a  that HECKERT was in for an equipment violation and it was found through an investigation that he was in possession o marijuana and drug paraphernalia. HECKERT was taken into custody and transported to Cumberland County Prison for processing.  A preliminary hearing will be scheduled for a future date.
