Julia HIESTER, 18 y/o of Carlisle, was arrested on 2/21/2020 around 10 P.M. for possession of a controlled substance, possession of a small amount of marijuana, and she was found to have active arrest warrants from Carlisle P.D. for other crimes. Officers with the North Middleton Police Department initiated a traffic stop on a vehicle where Julia HIESTER was a passenger. After identifying HIESTER and confirming warrants, a search was conducted of the vehicle where drugs were found and belonged to HIESTER. She was transported to Cumberland County Prison. A preliminary hearing will be scheduled for a future date.
