On June 30, 2020 the North Middleton Twp. Police Dept. was dispatched to the 100 block of Tower Cr. for a domestic dispute.
Upon arrival Officers noticed a female at the neighbor’s home who appeared to be injured and visibly upset. The female did appear to have a bruised eye and a bloody mouth.
Officers attempted to make contact with Mitchell HOLLEY, 29 y/o of Carlisle who was intoxicated and not cooperative. HOLLEY was restrained after physical resistance and failing to comply with NMPD. While restrained, HOLLEY spit and kicked several police officers and EMS personnel who arrived to assist. HOLLEY continued to kick and slam his own head to the ground causing injury to his own head. HOLLEY was transported to Carlisle Regional Medical Center where he was treated for his injuries and later released to Cumberland County Prison where he was processed and arraigned on his criminal charges with commitment on bail of $50,000. A preliminary hearing has been scheduled at the Honorable Magisterial District Judge Fegley's office.
