On December 21, 2019 2 approx. 11am North Middleton Township Police were dispatched to the area of Cave Hill dr for a possible vehicle break in. CPD advised NMPD that they were currently looking for a burglary suspect that had fled from Carlisle boro to Cave Hill area. It was found that the suspect known to be a Ibrahim Hussen had arrived in the Cave Hill area and entered a parked vehicle stealing the owners wallet. Hussen then fled the area North bound swimming across the Conodaguinet creek. Hussen continued to make his way North on Longs Gap rd before hypothermia began to set in. Hussen then began to knock on residents doors in E. Slate Hill area asking for help. Police were notified and where able to locate Hussen taking him into custody. With the help of a resident Hussen was provided with warm blankets. EMS arrived to treat Hussen for hypothermia, and transported him to Carlisle Hospital for further evaluation.
