Gerald JOHNSON, 42  y/o of Carlisle, was arrested on Wednesday, 2/5/2020 around 11:15 A.M.  for possession of marijuana. North Middleton Township Police stopped JOHNSON for operating his vehicle with illegal window tint. A vehicle search was conducted after the odor of marijuana was emitting from within his vehicle. JOHNSON was taken into custody and transported to Cumberland County Prison for processing. A preliminary hearing will be scheduled for a future date.
