Edward MAXWELL, 36  y/o of Shermansdale, was arrested on Thursday, 1/30/2020 around 1045 P.M.  for driving under the influence of alcohol. North Middleton Township Police stopped MAXWELL operating his vehicle after he was observed crossing the double yellow line multiple times while traveling on Spring Road. MAXWELL was taken into custody and transported to Cumberland County Prison for processing. A preliminary hearing will be scheduled for a future date.
