Patricia MCALISTER, 49 y/o of Carlisle was taken into custody on Friday, Nov. 3rd, 2017 for DUI and possession of a small amount of marijuana.  MCALISTER was found to be swerving in/out of the roadway causing a danger to those nearby as she traveled south on Spring Rd. in the 1500 block.  A traffic stop was conducted by North Middleton Twp PD and McALISTER was requested to perform Field Sobriety testing.  She was taken into custody and transported to Cumberland County Prison for legal blood draw and processing.  MCALISTER faces three filed charges which will be transferred to Court of Common Pleas.
