Moses NANCE, 32 y/o of Wilkes Barre, was arrested on 2/14/2020 around 1 A.M. for driving under the influence of alcohol, driving while DUI suspended while DUI, driving without an ignition interlock equipped in the vehicle, and operating a stolen vehicle. Officers with the North Middleton Police Department initiated a traffic stop while assisting another agency in the area of 1200 Harrisburg Pike on a vehicle for illegal window tint and not having a license plate displayed on the vehicle. After an investigation was conducted, Moses NANCE was taken into custody for the above charges and transported to Cumberland County Prison for processing. A preliminary hearing will be scheduled for a future date.
