John PETONYAK, 41 y/o of Blain was arrested on Wednesday, 12/11/2019 at 9:45 P.M. for possession of a controlled substance and drug paraphernalia. North Middleton Township Police stopped PETONYAK for riding his bicycle without a front lamp. After investigating, it was found that RIGGLEMAN was in possession of a controlled substance and drug paraphernalia. PETONYAK was taken into custody and transported to Cumberland County Prison for processing. A preliminary hearing will be scheduled for a future date.
