Duane PURNELL, 61 y/o of Carlisle was arrested on Friday, 11/15/2019 for DUI of a controlled substance to include possession of marijuana and paraphernalia.  North Middleton Township Police stopped PURNELL operating his motor vehicle after multiple vehicle violations to include weaving back and forth outside of the fog line and missing a license plate light.  PURNELL was taken into custody and transported to Cumberland County Prison for processing.  A preliminary hearing will be scheduled for a future date.
