Terrance Riggleman, 21 y/o of Middletown was arrested on Saturday, 12/7/2019 at 9:45 P.M.  for possession of marijuana and drug paraphernalia.  North Middleton Township Police stopped RIGGLEMAN operating his motor vehicle with a vehicle malfunction and violation.  RIGGLEMAN was taken into custody and transported to Cumberland County Prison for processing.  A preliminary hearing will be scheduled for a future date.
