On November 10th 2019, North Middleton Police were on patrol in the area of Spring road when an officer noticed a vehicle that was swerving into the shoulder traveling north on Spring Road. The officer followed the vehicle and noticed on multiple occasions the vehicle was weaving back and forth between the yellow lines and the white fog line in the shoulder. The vehicle touched or crossed these lines on multiple occasions. The officer conducted a traffic stop on the vehicle and there were 3 small children in the back seat. It was found that the driver was under the influence of alcohol. He was taken into custody and transported to Cumberland county prison.
