On July 19, 2020 @ approx. 2200hrs North Middleton Police Department were dispatched to a domestic dispute in the 1500 Block of Spring Rd. Once Police arrived they made contact with the Defendant Mark Snyder and girlfriend outside of the residence. While Police were attempting to investigate the incident Snyder became belligerent and would not comply with Police commands. Police detained Snyder who then pulled away from Officers. Snyder then became enraged yelling at Officers, and failing to comply. During the incident, neighbors and persons from a nearby business became alarmed and came outside to see what was happening. Snyder attempted to head butt Officers during the incident. Snyder was arrested for Public drunkenness, Disorderly Conduct, and Resisting arrest. Snyder was taken to Cumberland County Prison and arraigned.
