On February 17, 2021, North Middleton Police were dispatched to a business located at 1894 Spring Rd. for a male within the business who was in possession of property which was stolen during a Burglary of a residence, which was investigated by the Pennsylvania State Police, Carlisle barracks. Once there, Officers were able to identify the stolen home fixtures that were brought to the store and determine the victim, who physically identified the items. Approximately $1,000.00 of the $15,000.00 that was taken was recovered. The Defendant THUMMA was charged with one count of Receiving Stolen Property before Judge FEGLEY.
