On Wednesday, March 8th 2023 at 7:08pm, the North Middleton Police Department was dispatched to the 1900 block of Waggoners Gap Road for an auto accident involving several struck deer. Upon arrival, North Middleton Police investigated and determined the operator of Unit 1 crested the hill of this section of Waggoners Gap Road, and suddenly observed approximately ten deer standing in the roadway. The driver did not have any time to react and subsequently struck approximately four deer. As a result of the crash, the vehicle was determined to be disabled and there was no known injuries.
