On June 24, 2020 at approx. 1700hrs North Middleton Police Department were dispatched to a motor vehicle crash in the 900 block Longs Gap Rd. Once Police arrived on scene it was found that a northbound vehicle driven by Devin Simmons of Carlisle had lost a front drivers side wheel. The wheel then crossed the center line striking an oncoming vehicle  head on. One person was transported for Carlisle Regional Hospital for further evaluation.
