On February 20, 2018 @ Approx. 1700 hrs North Middleton Township Police were dispatched to a disturbance at the Rustic Tavern on Newville Rd. Police were then advised that the male left and was walking in the 800 block of Newville Rd. Police arrived to find Kevin Young walking down the middle of the roadway. Young was found to be highly intoxicated. Young failed to comply to Officers commands to stop as he continued to walk away from Police. Young was taken into custody for Public Drunkenness and transported to Cumberland County Prison.
