North Middleton Police Department was dispatched to a vehicle accident at the intersection of Newville Road at Meadowbrook Road at approximately 6:30 AM.

The vehicle accident was a two vehicle accident, where the driver of a white Ford Transit van, made an improper right turn onto Newville Road, and was then struck by a Red Honda Crosstour. Both vehicles were disabled due to the collision and towed away from the scene of the crash. The intersection was closed temporarily while the roadway was being cleared of debris and as the vehicles were being towed from the scene. The driver of the white Ford Transit was transported by EMS to UMPC Carlisle Regional Hospital to be treated for suspected minor injures.
