Afternoon Crash Injures Carlisle Man

This accident occurred as Unit 2 was traveling southbound on Cranes Gap Road. Unit 2 was slowing down since the vehicle in front of him was waiting to make a left turn into a driveway on Cranes Gap Road. Unit 1 was traveling behind Unit 2 and was unable to stop and struck Unit 2 in the rear-end area. Unit 1 had front end damage.
Both vehicles were towed from the scene by Jerry’s Towing and Hix Towing.
Opr 2 was transported via Cumberland Goodwill ambulance to Carlisle Regional Medical Center for further treatment and evaluation.
