On May 11, 2021 North Middleton Township Police responded to New Visions on West Suncrest Drive for an assault on a staff member.  A resident at the facility made threats to kill and struck a facility staff member in the face.  Zenotha Burt, 29 of Carlisle, was arrested and taken to the Cumberland County prison for simple assault and is currently being held on $5,000 bail and a parole violation detainer.  A preliminary hearing is scheduled for May 24, 2021 before District Court Judge Paul Fegley.  The staff member sustained minor injuries from the assault.
