Officer James W. Tart presented Terence Harclerode a with Police Commendation Award.  They are awarded to any member of the Police Department, other law enforcement agency or member of the public for an act or achievement above that which is normally required or expected and which materially or conceptually benefits the Department and contributes to the safety of the community.
