On Saturday, July 25, 2015 at 7:30 PM West Shore Regional PD officers conducted a traffic stop on a vehicle in Lemoyne Borough.  The operator of the vehicle was identified as 28-year-old Curtis Lee RICHARDSON of the 300 block of West Shady Lane in Enola.

While speaking with RICHARDSON officers detected a strong odor of marijuana emitting from the vehicle.  RICHARDSON provided the officers with the suspected marijuana.

RICHARDSON was taken into custody and transported to the Cumberland County Prison to be processed on charges of Possession of a Small Amount of Marijuana, Speeding, Driving Under Suspension and Operating a Vehicle with an Expired Inspection.  Charges were filed with MDJ Beckley's office.
