Originally on Thursday, November 12, 2015 West Shore Regional Police were dispatched to the Turkey Hill in Lemoyne Borough for a non-active retail theft.  Through an investigation, officer(s) discovered that 43-year-old Andre Edward WILLIAMS of the 2400 Block of Market Street in Harrisburg City pumped $36.00 worth of gas into a vehicle and left without paying.  While conducting the investigation, WILLIAMS continually provided false identification to multiple law enforcement officers.

On Friday, November 13, 2015 WILLIAMS was taken into custody and transported to Cumberland County Prison.  WILLIAMS was arraigned by MDJ Beckley and committed to the prison on $5000.00 bail.
