On August 18th, 2025, the Lower Allen Township Police Department was dispatched to Weis Markets, 5140 Simpson Ferry Road for a non-active retail theft. Loss prevention reported that two males had committed retail thefts on August 5th, 6th, and 11th. During the three thefts the suspects took a total of $758.09 worth of various items without paying. Weis then provided video of the thefts.

Through investigation the suspects were identified as Charles Bellant and Nathan Johnson.

Charges were filed on Johnson and a summons was issued which he failed to show up for.

A warrant was later issued for Johnson's arrest.
