Dates and times should reflect the earliest the incident could have occurred. Put additional details regarding the range of dates and times in the “Summary of Incident” section of the form.

The following criteria must be met to use this form:

This is not an emergency
The incident occurred in Lower Allen Township
The crime is not in progress
The incident has not already been reported by phone or in person to the police
The incident occurred more than 30 minutes ago
There is no evidence or fingerprints to collect
The incident is not related to vehicle crash involving injury or a vehicle that required towing

Upon submission, you will receive an email indicating that your response has been received. After that, our staff will attempt to contact you within 72 hours. If 5 days have passed and you’ve received no contact from our staff (aside from the initial email acknowledging receipt of the form), please call the appropriate number above.

As this is a new process, please bear with us as we work out procedural details internally.

This form and the acknowledgement of its receipt is NOT a police report. It will be used as the basis for a police report to be generated as time allows.
