On December 9, 2019 a township resident started a new job. On the 13th, she received an email from who she thought was her boss, asking her to purchase three $300 Target gift cards. The email provided her with instructions to send him pictures of the gift cards so he could have the numbers associated with them. When she later spoke to her boss in person, he revealed the email was not from him.

The gift cards were found to be used on the 13th around 10:30 AM at a Target in Philadelphia. The pictured Asian male, wearing a black winter coat, jeans, and a black baseball style hat, used the codes from the gift cards and purchased an I Pad. 

Anyone who recognizes the male or has information about this fraud is asked to contact the Lower Allen Township Police Department.
