On March 24, 2022 around 8:17 PM, the Lower Allen Township Police Department was dispatched to the parking lot of 1104 Carlisle Road for a theft. The female victim reported that her purse was stolen from her vehicle.

It was discovered that the window of her vehicle had been smashed out between the hours of 6:50 PM and 8:00 PM. Her purse, wallet, and her cell phone valued at $2,490 were stolen from her vehicle. The victim was notified that her Visa card had been used for purchases at the Target on High Pointe Blvd in Harrisburg at 7:56 PM. Video surveillance showed a slender black male in an orange puffy jacket and black face mask purchased two Apple iPads and two Apple Airpods for $2,438 with the victim's credit cards.
