On February 20, 2022, the Lower Allen Township Police Department received a report of a non-active “cash card” fraud at Walmart on Hartzdale Drive. The suspects were described as two black males.

Based on video, they were at the store from 2:00 PM to 5:00 PM. They conducted fraudulent returns of various electronics before again “purchasing” more electronics. They told the associate to tend the card transaction as cash as they swiped the card through. They ended up stealing $2,619.58 worth of merchandise. They fled the area in a newer gray Jeep Cherokee.
